Really tired, or just tired?!
When I woke up this morning I was soooo tired.
It´s not very often that I am tired - and even more rare that I admit it or say it out loud.
But today.. yyaaaaaawn…
Three classes to go for this monday night - my own two regular: core & street at St Eriksbron, and then a sub-BODYBALANCE at Fridhemsplan.
But as always.. when I start the music - and particular in my dance classes, get to move - I feel the energy´s coming back and spread out in the whole body.
And of course - the energy from my lovely participants helps a lot as well. (thank you)
How ever - it´s march, we´re all longing for sunnier warmer days, and everyone of us has fully booked agendas and stressful days every now and then…and my guess is that almost everyone feels a bit tired at the moment.
But REMEMBER - Now is the time to keep up your work!!
Don´t give up just yet.. even though it´s harder to find motivation and energy.
It´s the training that will bring you energy and make you more spirited and alert.
So hang in there!!
I promise it will give you results.
Rest when your body or mind needs to recover to be able to function and to train more and better - but don´t rest cause you´re feeling a bit lazy and starts looking for reason not to go…
Now is when you should step up and fight the longing-for-light-sun-heat-and-so-fed-up-with-the-cold-snow-and-winter-fatigue.Sleep well - I know I will! : )
