I’m up super early today – getting all the things ready for this weekend’s training module.
Time to get into BODYBALANCE™mode.
It’s a pretty big group this weekend, 17 peeps, and it’s even a few co-workers to me from SATS.

We’re doing the training on the release 52 – and my guess is that most of them have had time to attend the class for several times since it’s been on the clubs for about two months now. It’s good – cause then they know the choreo already and they will learn their tracks faster.
And this will be my last weekend with lovely 52 before I dive into learning no 53 : )

    Idag var det SATS PowerStep-utbildning dag 1, så kroppen är lagom slut efter teknikträning hela eftermiddagen.
