First day with no training for the week…still in Malmö though.
Got to sleep in this morning.
Good breakfast, and comfy beds at Hilton Hotel Malmö. Cheap though that you have to pay extra to use their wi-fi, year 2010 : )

Today it has been four more quarterlies; BODYCOMBAT®, BODYSTEP®, BODYPUMP® and BODYATTACK® and it´s Fredrik and Line that´s been working hard with two each.
I just got to the gym and had time to see the end of Fredriks BODYPUMP® (his third BP QW this weekend)
It was a bit of “sunday energy” in the air - but it definitly seemed like the crowd enjoyed the class. They worked hard!

Line´s up next - here she is preparing her heisman for the agility track that has american football theme this release.

Dearin is the boss of the clothing business for Les Mills Nordic.

Now we´re soon heading to the airport and back home to Stockholm - for a new week of fun classes…

It felt like it was very long time since I was in Malmö, teaching, and it was a pleasure to see a lot of familiar faces again - and of course -  some new faces.
Since it´s not very often I get to see my jammers around the country - it´s easy to see their improvement from time to time!! They´re just keep getting better and better, which is really cool.

The gym was ok - it was a great big studio with daylight - how ever the sound was not so good… and for me that´s like one of the most important thing.

After the qw´s, I actually got to hang out a bit with the other trainers.. outside the gym! Not so common!

Not so fashionable, not so comfy, and just like the first time (= the last time) I went bowling I wasn´t a champion, but we had a great time! : )

Time for quarterlies… The first round of 2010!
My qw-schedule for this two weekends is following: (with a sneak start in the US)

and then another super Q in Zürich, Switzerland.

First out, tomorrow - Malmö!
We´re gonna be at a place called “Kockums fritid”. Don´t know anything about it - but I´ll let you know.
The class is also open to their members, so I hope they are in to dancing, and ready to shake it!

I´ll do the master class first, and then the ed session - which is “BODYJAM® dance school” as usual, with a minor group assigment.

The different danceblocks in release 52 are:
Merengue
The Dark Block - a routine with some street vibes in to it.. my favourite track in this block is no 7 - Everytime tha beat drop, from 2006. Monica feat. Dem Franchize Boyz
Techtonic Bouncy Madness - an uptempo fusion routine.
Sonya Tayeh did an awesome group choreo for SYTYCD latest season to the first song of this block: Pon De Floor - and it´s hard to fight the bounce in this track.

Also, there´s a bonus block this time - a pop block, choreographed by Ginny from NZ that´s one of the regular dvd-presenters.

Last week of old core-choreo… can´t wait to get the new one!!
3rd and last week of the jazz routine!
Next thursday I´ll be in Estonia, doing quarterlies - so it´ll be a sub then as well… but after that I´m gonna try to be here every thursday all spring : )

…and watching the finale of SYTYCD - that was broadcastet in the US before christmas. I hate when it´s so far behind.
I´ve already seen on youtube who the winner is..of course - I´m far to curious and impatient to wait and see : ) 
But I like to see all the routines, especially all the group routines.

Next week you´ve got the opportunity to take class for Gus Bembery that´s visiting Stockholm.
He teaches wednesday to saturday at Marikas (under Diambras management)

And also, Urban Angel is teaching afternoon classes at tuesdays and fridays, the whole semester, at Marikas as well.

Or - I might see you at one of my classes… hope so!

PS. I think that the winner definitly was worthy the victory, and the title of “americas favourite dancer”

And now - I´m re-charging for the qw´s in Sweden the upcoming weekends.. This first weekend it´s all about Malmö!

Back in Sweden - Stockholm!!
Where the temperature is -25 C, which is about -13 F. Crazy Cold!!
Our luggage took a little trip on its own so Fredrik had to go from Arlanda in just his hoodie… brrr!

…from the dancefloor… the dancefloor of the convention centre where we´re gonna rock the roof tomorrow!
We´re settled in Dallas, Texas - and today we´ve been rehearsing all day!
I´m teaching BODYJAM with two US trainers: Nicole and Rodney, then we have two shadows with us for the whole class, and then for the last two tracks - there´s yet another crowd joining us.. so we´re gonna be like 12 people on stage for the final and groove down. Good stuff!
The stage is ENORMOUS!!! The biggest stage I´ve been teaching on I´d say! And a lot of light - smoke machines, and pretty good sound system as well… I hope it still is for tomorrow. BODYJAM is the last class (of course) and it´s gonna be so much fun.

in NYC… came here monday, and I´m happier than happiest to be here. : )

I´ve been taken classes on BDC - obviously, and I´ve also been to Crunch for some classes.
For Craig for example - that was one of the master trainer of all the Nike Rockstar Workout “train the trainer sessions” that me and Lina been to in Amsterdam.

Tomorrow we´re heading to Texas - and Dallas - where we gonna present at the Les Mills super quarterly, saturday. So excited!

Today after class - I enjoyed one of theese.. from my favourite bakery.
