One day…
.. and QW-weekend´s coming up!
I pulled the Stockholm ticket this round - always a pleasure…
Looking forward to see those of you who´s signed up for tomorrow at Nautilus Solna.
Today I´m teaching some BODYBALANCE™ at Fridhemsplan at 5.30 pm.
Are you a fan of swedish movies? I am definitly not - actually it´s quite the opposite - but I DO like the Stieg Larsson trilogy… and I look forward to the final one which premieres tonight.
Noomi is outstanding and I hope she wins the “guldbagge” this year… if not I will stick even harder to my already strong opinion about swedish film productions… lol!
Here´s my friend Lotte in her Lisbeth-inspired look : )
No commentsTime to hit the floor…
Is there something better then a siesta in the middle of the day? Hardly - huh?
Now - I´m charging up for 2nites classes:
17.00 core , last time old choreo and music! Next week we´re doing the new release - well, the music´s not exactly new as in fresh - but at least some longed-for variation
17.3o street dance, two more weeks with the bad romance choreo… come on peeps - it´s only four times left of the fall schedule before we take a little x-mas break with the wednesday class…hang in there all the way!
After that I´m gonna do a guest appearance - and teach my own class: Tribal House at a minor inspiration event.
See you in the studio!
What do I bring in my bag - apart from my music and my Nike gear?? Yeah, that´s right, today I bring a redbull - for sure!

Saturday was a good day!! It was SUN.. and some light outside = a real day! Some extra energy just from that.
I had two different events on my agenda - the first one in Kista, at Nautilus gym. They had their annual inspiration day for all their staff (who wanted to join) and this year it was over 200 people there. I taught my urban jazz - who´s a street jazz class.
I had an awesome group - who was so on to it - and gave me great and direct response! Good stuff!
Anna - who´s in charge of the day… and also a true star!
I also ran in to one of my classmates from the “gymnasiet” (upper secondary school) which was kind of unexpected!
She looked exactly the same - and she was still on the blue line, now as then : )
The second event was a Dance convention organized by WorldClass Educations. It was a bit more intimate and personal event since it was one class at a time and much smaller group that followed through and took all the classes together.
There were some familiar faces but the majority of the group were new to me. They did a great job - and they sure brought my choreography alive.
One of the other presenters was Nathalie, who I haven´t seen since we ran into each other in a boutique on Broadway this summer…

Not quite the the whole group - but those who wanted to be in the picture…
Thank y’all for yet another super saturday!

The regular update from yesterdays jazz: it was so much fun! : ) New choreo this week - a bit lyrical jazz to Rihanna (Russian Roulette) with a lot of space to express and to be all out there…
Today, I´m preparing for the two events of tomorrow - and I´m also happily sniffing my new body splash from VS with the fragrance of plumdrop.
1 commentI wanna tell you…
…about a new beauty salon in the city: by Barda.
It has its grand opening monday, december 12th. The creative director, as you may guessed, is Jean Pierre Barda. For you who did not guessed that: he`s a former swedish popsinger, and theese days most famous for beeing a make up artist, hair & fashion stylist and sunglass designer, with credibility in the beauty business.
In collaboration with some great guys he´s gonna make Stockholm more beatuful and luxurious.
There´ll be hairdressers, both traditional style and also for you who wishes a more extravagant hairdo.
There´ll also be all kinds of beauty treatments, and also some simpler procedures - and of course a well filled shop with beauty, hair and body products.
The salon will be open from 8 am to 9 pm in the weekdays, and 10 am to 4.30 pm in saturdays.
For me, who thinks that accessibility is a great quality in life sees the opening hours as a clear advantage - and encourages more places to follow…
The great guys : ) Morgan & Henric

For all of you who wont join me for the dance convention saturday - and don´t really knwo how to spend your weekend just yet…
I got a great tips the other day from a girl that´s working with a project called “Hungerprojektet”
This is a global organization who´s been working for the past 20 years to eliminate hunger and powerty in the world, for example in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
This upcoming saturday Balance gym´s organizing a whole day of classes and lectures at the city gym as a benefit for the project.
As a visitor of the day you choose the price tag on the activities yourself - and all the money goes straight to the operation.
Here´s the invitation, with the schedule for the day. And also - if you wanna read the press release
No commentsTime flies…
It´s already been 90 days since I got back from my latest summer stay in NYC.
And in theese 90 days - I´ve been teaching 122 classes.. at least, I´ve probably forgot about a few…
I can honestly say that I´ve loved the moments of all 122 classes (or - 121 moments anyways)
This is not my own training included.
I kind of feel like I deserve a massage : )
and maybe a coulpe of days where it´s warm and sunny?!
For x-mas maybe.. I can go anywhere! The cheapest, closest possible - to get some sun.. where´s that? Do you have any tips for me? Or so, I park myself in my bed over x-mas watching dvds and saving my money for my upcoming longer trip… lol!
By the way - I did a third try with my Lady Gaga-choreo, and today they nailed it - for sure! Awesome job by awesome peeps, well done, and thank you! This version will stick for one or two more weeks now.

No special events last week - but 11 classes at the gym and some other work, so there´s been plenty of action anyway.
I´ve been writing a little about my BODYBALANCE progress - I did the training about one and a half month ago - and I´ve been reporting from some of my classes… and the other day I also got my licens, which was the last step of my own private challenge… so I guess the mission is acomplished. At least for now.
This week, I´m teaching like usual - 2nite:
Core 18.00 St Eriksbron
Street dance 18.30 St Eriksbron
This week I´m also preparing for the events of the upcoming weekend: I´m presenting two master classes - one at the World Class Educations Dance Convention - and one at the internal convention of Nautilus gym.
Looking forward to it - and I hope I´ll see you!

Today, I´m teaching BODYBALANCE™ 17.30 at Fridhemsplan.
A great way to start the weekend, right?!
Well - I think that ALL kinds of classes is a great upload for the weekend - you just have to find your favourite…
Cause if you like it - it´s easier to do it, right.. and if you do it - you can eat a lot of cookies…

Enjoy your weekend - with or without cookies!
The best boost ever…
Cold, dark, colder, darker, coldest, darkest… This is where we are heading.
I don’t like when it’s cold, and I - fo shizzle - DON’T like when it´s dark more than 12 h a day (and night)
However - what I DO like is,
my fantastic participants and students that come to my classes…
all my co-workers, and people that I collaborate with all over…
ALL the great people I get to meet on the weekends when I do workshops, edeucations and events etc.
That - and the energy it brings me is what help me through a fall and winter in Sweden. And redbull, obviously!
Have to admit that I miss NYC at the moment though, so much that it hurts almost.. and I guess it´s time for a trip soon.
But first, two classes at Odenplan 2nite:
JAZZ at 7 pm (last week of this combo)
CORE at 8 pm
Bring your A-game… and join me!
Theese were the days, no jacket needed. I sure miss the summer… Here with my homie Hanna at a night of +33 C.
