Upcoming weekend it´s time for the annual inspiration day at SATS, for all the SATS-staff.
During my 5 years at SATS I´ve actually never attended since I´ve always been working. But this year I´ll be in Stockholm…

Workwise - not the less fun:
Nike Convention Finland - next weekend, where I´m presenting Tribal House, Flow Down and BODYJAM.

Les Mills Super Quarterly in Texas, where I´m gonna present!
And I´ll also get some quality time in NYC… It wont be hard to fill up the schedule - but I´ll do a lot of dancing, fo shizzle…

Then - heading back to the quarterly workshop in Malmö last weekend of feb - where I´m teaching the BODYJAM-workshop, obviously.
Looking forward to see the peeps of the south! It´s been a while since I was there - and it always fun to get some variation between the different cities at the qw´s.

And then - the month is over! So I guess I know what to do the closest future…

My very talented team member and co-worker but most of all boyfriend.
He did two fantastic classes, a BODYCOMBAT with the cool and awesome Vanessa from Portugal, and then a RPM all by him self.

He did such a great job, and I´m really proud of him.
Six years ago - at the Nike Convention 2004, (when the convention celebrated their 10 year anniversary) I hooked up with him for the first time. Since then we´ve experienced a lot together… !

What a weekend!!

Nike Convention Stockholm 2010!  It was two awesome, intense and just wonderful days in the university venue.

It was about 1300 people who attended the convention, and contributed with their amazing energy, love and joy. THANK YOU for that!

My fierce team-members did an excellent job by deliver class after class that were all pure rock n roll, and our big boss Lina found yet another way to surpass oneself from last year!

I presented both days, saturday my own class urban jazz and then a team class sunday with my wicked team: Per, Oscar and Maria.

Me and Per did a house routine that we battled with against the aerobics routine that Oscar and Maria taught. It was so much fun! THANKS Team!

A weekend like this  is such a energy boost, but at the same time it´s quite a discharge… and yesterday I was so incredible tired.
I slept to 4 pm - and then I had to go teach my classes. It went well - even though it felt like I couldn´t manage to stand up - or even less get my legs to move…

But those days, it´s members like theese that lift you up! You´re the best!

It´s been a long day today… But a good one!
The whole Nike Instructor Team hooked up this morning at the office of Nike Sweden in Solna - and then we had a couple of intense hours, when we learned about the spring 10 collections, the new footwear, the marketing.. and so on. Good stuff!

And tonight I´ve been rehearsing with the crew; Per, Oscar and Maria.

Looking forward to our class sunday.. if you´re at the convention: come join us - and battle the pants of all the other… lol

But right now, the focus is on tomorrow. I´m teaching the second class of the day, in studio no 2. Urban Jazz!
It´s a street jazz kind of style - and it´s pretty energetic, a bit cocky and obviously some girlylicous vibes…

After that - I´m gonna enjoy taking classes myself!

Ok, shoot…7 saker om mig:

1. Don´t get me wrong now… jag är väldigt glad att jag fick den här awarden från Soffan - TACK! 
Men jag är en sån som får lite lätt ångest av alla typer av “kedjebrev”, i brevform, mail, sms etc. och det är väldigt sällan som jag skickar det vidare.. men ibland så bara måste jag göra det så att jag inte ska drabbas av någon typ av förbannelse för att jag bryter kedjan…hehe..
så inga mail till mig där det står “skicka det här till alla dina tjejkompisar så kommer dina önskningar att uppfyllas bla bla och om du inte skickar det vidare så kommer något hemskt hända”

2. Jag är vegetarian - och äter inga djur what so ever.. och jag skulle inte tveka att slänga en burk färg på alla pälskärringar som trippar runt och tycker det är sofistikerat att dra på sig en minkpäls.

3. Jag är en sucker för olika galor, åtminstone amerikanska.. som Golden Globe, Oscarsgalan, MTV awards.. etc.

4. Jag tycker att bästa stället på jorden är New York City.(No shit) Ingen annanstans känner jag mig så relaxad och full av energi på samma gång, som där. Det finns inget tak på den staden!

5. Bland det tråkigaste jag vet är människor som känner behov av att klaga på allt, eller väldigt mycket - hela tiden. De som tar sig rätten att försöka infektera med sin negativa energi.

6. Jag har sjukt bra minne : ) Kan komma ihåg saker som sagts, detaljer och situationer - inte alltid speciellt viktiga - hur länge som helst…

7. Jag älskar filmer som Troja och King Arthur etc. Om jag hade varit skådis hade jag velat spela in en sån film - helt klart!

De jag vill ge awarden till:

I haven´t been very good at updating this week - huh?
There´s been a lot on my mind and on my schedule… so to speak.

Class wise though - it´s been a really good week.

For example, yesterday at my streetclass I had a lot of new street dancers coming, that were so good!!

2nite - last week of the telephone choreo at the jazz..
I´ll see you there!

Well.. after a boring but really necessary restandnotraining-weekend I start to feel better…and that´s good.

Cause the countdown has started… and tomorrow I guess all the usual rituals of the last preparations will start off among my co-workers and team members around the country… 
Like: a last polish of the choreo… music adjustments… the hairdo… get some good spray tan… and so on…
I could use a tripple spray tan given the tone of faces I have right now : (

It´s either pale like snowwhite - or the Ross-look… lol!

My jazz peeps yesterday, you made my day… You were a w e s o m e ! What a feeling… bein’ s believin’… lol!

Now - I´m gonna take a weekend with no training at all… just recover and get well to next week and weekend, and the event of the year!
So, no class 2nite or sunday for me - unfortunately…

This weekend it´s free training at both SATS and Sportlife (Stockholm at least) for non members.. “open house weekend”.
Good to know if you haven´t got a membership yet : )

Well - now I´m here: with a cold.. and not so fresh and clean : (

I´m gonna teach today and tomorrow… my original classes, and then I´ll leave it open for the rest of the week - for now at least…
My first non-scheduled weekend is in mid april, so I don´t really have time to get worse.. and since Nike Convention is getting close - I do wanna be fresh and clean for that!
